308后民联打着民主的旗号，要人民相信他们将会改变世界，结果3年多了.....他们当了4个州的政府，4个州不但豪无改变，反而民联政府变了，他们变得喜欢投资沙石生­­意，喜欢修建足球场，喜欢按摩院和喜欢用1500万来宣传广告牌，喜欢实施禁酒令。

两个星期前我跟建筑商对话
2 week ago, I met and discussed with the contractors他们说国阵不公平因为Class F全部是土著
They mentioned that BN has not been fair to them because all Class F contracts were awarded to Malay contactors
我的回答很简单你看槟州虽然是民联的州
I told them my answer is very simple, you can refer this problem to the Pakatan Rakyat Penang state government
所有的Class F也是土著
All Class F contacts were awarded to Malays
甚至槟州首席部长也承认
Even the Penang Chief Minister himself has admitted this
99%的小型发展也是交给土著
99% of the small scale development projects were awarded to Malays
甚至他也承认JPS的小型工程挖沟渠之类的
He also admitted that out of the many small scale irrigation projects by the JPS
99.9%也是交给土著
99% of them were awarded to Malays
所以同志们 不要认为他们是完美的
Therefore my friends, they are not perfect
他整天讲槟州和雪州
They talk all the time about Penang and Selangor
我们想回答说，你们忘了你们还有吉打跟吉兰丹
But we want to ask them, have they forgotten about Kelantan and Kedah?
这一位首席部长只要做一丁点小事
The Penang Chief Minister has only accomplished small things
就会像母鸡生蛋全村人都知道
But he makes it a big deal, announcing it everywhere and anywhere he goes
一年给100块每一场补选都"好念"喊到大大声
Every time there is a by-election, their RM 100 for senior citizens becomes a hot topic
因为廉政行政好有存下钱，我们乐龄回馈100块
They say something like "because we are a good government, we help the country to save money so that we can give it back by awarding RM 100 to senior citizens"
哇，很多人鼓掌
Wah! Everyone clapped their hands when they hear this
中央政府国阵
BN as the ruling party and government
协助乐龄人士协助低收入家庭
Has always been helping the elderly and low-income families
去年高达10亿
Last year we spent RM 10 billion on this alone
在协助贫穷人士我们一个月给予300令吉援助
We give RM300 every month to help low-income families
他的一年100块讲到全世界的人都知道
In contrast, Pakatan only gives RM 100 a year but they go around shouting their success to the world

国阵不完美， 民联更糟糕 BN NOT PERFECT, PAKATAN WORST
In a democratic country, the rakyat have the right to change the government. But when they want to change the government they must see the alternative of the government. That is the most critical question that all Malaysians must ask themselves. The Barisan Nasional government is not a perfect government. The Barisan Nasional government has a lot of weaknesses. But having said that, if you look at the opposition, have they done better than us? Has Kelantan done better than all the other states? Has Kedah done better than all the other BN state? Has Selangor done well? I would say no. Have Pakatan Rakyat unveiled some manifesto on how they will develop their state? Ada tak? Nothing. For example, the recent Sungai Buloh- you notice that the nursery has been there for a long time and suddenly they find that their land has been given back to Yayasan Selangor. Same in Hulu Selangor, now I am told that in one of the Malay kampungs, their land will be taken back also. You look at Klang- the number of illegal, what we call "reflexology centres", the number of entertainment centres has gone over to thousands. They promised that there will be no increase in water tariffs, but you will notice in Kedah and Penang they have increased the water tariff by over 20%. They claim that they manage the state well because there is no corruption, but if you look at the Penang budget, it is now running on a deficit and it is projected that the deficit next year will go higher. So people must be critical - critical of the government, critical of the opposition. Then that is fair. But at the rate we are going, it is like the government can do no right and opposition can do no wrong. And if that is the mentality that we have, then I think we are in trouble

Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon had announced and reported by several media on May 17, 2011 that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak will announce an 'extraordinary' investment for Penang.

In a blog post in the Prime Minister's 1Malaysia blog,a Bernama report dated May 19, 2011 state that Motorola which has been in operation in Malaysia for 37 years with 7,000 employees will invest about RM4billion for a Global Excellence Centre in Penang.

However, on Jun 15, 2011 several media reported that Koh Tsu Koon claimed he did not say anything about the 'extraordinary' investment. Instead, Koh claimed that Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is lying.

To prove matters, CM Lim distributed several printed media, online news and even a video of Koh Tsu Koon talking about the 'extraordinary investment.'

Lim said Koh should provide the details of the investment or explain to Penangites as Koh has misled them.
