The MCA Presidential Council has decided to set up an RM30 million interest-free Education Fund for poor students. The Education Fund may be a grant or interest-free loan. The purpose of this Fund is to help poor students.

MCA is aware that many Peninsular students studying in Sabah and Sarawak and vice versa face difficulties in transportation fees. We hope that this Education Fund can help them.
